1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity without authorisation is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 6400 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account information secure.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Prohibited Activities
Users of the 6400 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to gain unauthorised access to the platform or to manipulate game outcomes.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including the unauthorised use of payment cards, identity falsification, or account manipulation.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account.
- Abusing the bonus or promotions system in any manner that contravenes the applicable promotion terms.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
User Responsibilities

4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
Deposit
All financial transactions on the 6400 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that any funds you deposit are your own and have been obtained through legitimate means.
6400 accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and internet banking. Processing times vary depending on the method selected. 6400 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any transaction.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our internal verification procedures. 6400 reserves the right to request additional documentation for identity verification purposes before processing large withdrawals.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same user's name. 6400 is not liable for any processing delays caused by third-party financial institutions. Any taxes or transaction-related charges are the user's responsibility.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
6400 Liability Limits
Platform 6400 is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 6400 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform, the accuracy of information displayed, or the uninterrupted availability of its services.
6400 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, system errors, or internet connectivity failures.
Account Suspension & Closure
6400 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, or a request from a relevant authority.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be frozen pending investigation. Users whose accounts have been closed for legitimate reasons may contact the support team to request a review.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the 6400 platform are the exclusive property of 6400 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, or modify any content without prior written consent from 6400.
